Shipping Details:

• Orders are processed within 24-72 hours.
• Delivery timelines:
  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
• Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
  

Shipping Charges:

We offer flexible shipping options to suit your needs:

• Standard Delivery: ₹150 (5-7 business days)
• Express Delivery: ₹270 (3-5 business days)

Note : These charges apply only to domestic deliveries within India.

Delayed Deliveries:

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as weather conditions or courier service delays may impact delivery time.

 

NOTE : Once a return or exchange request has been approved by our team, customers may choose to have the product picked up from their address through our courier partner. In such cases, a reverse pickup/shipping charge of ₹100 will be applicable and will be deducted from the eligible refund/store credit amount.

Store Credit / Voucher Validity
In cases where store credit is issued, the voucher will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The voucher can be used for one-time purchase only and must be redeemed within the validity period. Once used or expired, the voucher cannot be reissued, extended, or reused.
