Refund policy

At Krawl, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products should be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • We do not accept returns for innerwear, accessories, or customized products due to hygiene concerns.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at krawl.info@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our team will verify and arrange a pickup or guide you with the return process.
  3. Upon approval, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

NOTE : Once a return or exchange request has been approved by our team, customers may choose to have the product picked up from their address through our courier partner. In such cases, a reverse pickup/shipping charge of ₹100 will be applicable and will be deducted from the eligible refund/store credit amount.

Store Credit / Voucher Validity
In cases where store credit is issued, the voucher will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The voucher can be used for one-time purchase only and must be redeemed within the validity period. Once used or expired, the voucher cannot be reissued, extended, or reused.
